• A3 prints are shipped rolled in a postal tube
• Letter-sized (or smaller) prints only are shipped flat in rigid mailer
• Smaller prints ordered with A3 prints will be shipped together, rolled in a postal tube

Orders will be processed and shipped out in 1-2 weeks. All the orders are printed (hand-printed or otherwise) and packed by me so please be patient, thank you!

All prints are shipped via Singapore Post.

Once shipped,
• delivery in Singapore will take 1-4 days
• international orders could take an estimate of 1-4 weeks

Shipping times can vary a lot depending on the season, do understand that this is not in our control. Thank you!

Please note that we do not include VAT, import taxes, or any other additional fees in our prices. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and may vary depending on your country's import laws. We cannot provide any estimates for these fees, so please contact your local customs office for more information.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds. However, if products are damaged or lost in the mail, feel free to contact me via email to work something out.
